Liliana Stenbeck

Liliana Stenbeck was appointed as the North American Regional Head of Kinnevik in 2023. She first joined Kinnevik in 2007 and worked in the private wealth management department of the group until 2013. Afterwards, she focused on cross-border investment and family office business for a long time, with rich experience in the North American and European markets.

As the regional leader for North America, Liliana leads the overall long-term strategic planning, market expansion, and operational optimization for the region. She played a key role in driving Kinnevik into the fiercely competitive Asia Pacific market, successfully facilitating strategic partnerships with leading companies in China and India, significantly increasing the group's revenue and market share in the region.

She also led the merger negotiations and integration of a leading technology company in the North American region, enhancing the group's capabilities in digital transformation and big data analysis. By simplifying internal processes and optimizing resource allocation, she significantly improved the operational efficiency of the North American team, successfully reducing regional operating costs by 20% while ensuring the smooth implementation of key strategic initiatives.
